[PS3, X360] Back of FF-XIII Box Confirms DLC?

Its been quite the ride recently, constantly wondering if Square Enix's latest installment in the long-running Final Fantasy franchise will usher in the first additional content for the main series thus far. And after some contradicting quotes from the developers, it seems that in the end maybe the XBox 360's box has spoiled them.

GameStop posted the above image, and fans have taken it upon themselves to magnify the point of interest. It is blurry, but as you can see it reads: Game Content Download. The PS3 box is yet to be posted, but certainly it should be up over the next few days.

Could this be confirmation for Final Fantasy XIII DLC?

I've seen a number of games have that label without even having any DLC.
Well, it might be something as small as avatar cloths, and if they really want to piss me off, that "whole game worth of content" they cut out.
