Sad news as Data Max are reporting that Japanese developer CING are filing for bankruptcy. Allegedly the developer have suffered from liabilities equating to 256 Million Yen.
For those who are not familiar with CING, they have developed several popular DS and Wii games. Some of their games include Another Code, Another Code: R, Hotel Dusk: Room 215, Last Window, and Little King's Story.
Disappointing news to anyone who has played and enjoyed a CING title. Recently their website appears to have closed down as well.
