Acceptance of Terms

By using vgZero and any related subsidiaries or services (Referred to as "vgZero" from hereon) you agree to abide by these terms, regardless of prior knowledge of them or not and regardless of geographical location. vgZero reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice. The most up-to-date revision of our terms can be accessed by the "Terms of Use" hyperlink at the bottom of our pages.

vgZero provides a myriad of different services, (non-exhaustively) including messaging, bulletin boards, image and video hosting. Any updates, enhancements, fixes or modifications to said services are subject to the terms of use.

Failure to abide by the terms set forth on this page may result in account termination and in extreme cases, legal action.

Usage of vgZero

Unless explicitly stated, the Services are for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, sell, copy, reproduce, license, reverse-engineer, transfer or sell any information or software obtained from the services provided on this site or the aforementioned services themselves.

Any trademarks or copyrights for products or intellectual properties referred or pictured are owned by the companies who market or license those products. This web site is not endorsed, sponsored, nor otherwise affiliated with Nintendo. It has been created for the sole purpose of informing consumers and providing entertainment. The reproduction of any aspect of vgZero.com, whether modified or not, is prohibited.

Regarding Text, Imagery or Audio submitted by Users of vgZero

vgZero is not responsible for the opinions and views of its members, We hold no Liability for the actions taken by our users. Any damages, whether direct or indirect, caused by our users are of not consequentially caused by vgZero.

Regarding Information Available on vgZero

vgZero is not Liable for any losses or damages incurred from loss of access to the site or lost of information previously held on this site. We hold the right to freely withdraw any information at any time with no prior notice.

Regarding Private Information Submitted to vgZero

Any Information or Data submitted to vgZero is submitted at the users own risk and discretion. We will use the information purely as specified in the Privacy Statement. The aforementioned privacy statement is subject to change at any time without prior notice and it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they have knowledge the terms. If you are required to open an account in order to use a service you must ensure that the information that you provide is correct, valid and up-to-date. Any action taken under an account is the user’s liability and responsibility. The user agrees to notify vgZero immediately in the event of unauthorised access to an account or any other breach of security involving said account. Any damages or losses incurred from unauthorised use of your account are your own responsibility and liability. vgZero will not be held responsible for any of the aforementioned losses or damages.

Unlawful or otherwise Prohibited Use

Any of the information or services on this site may not be used for illegal, unlawful or otherwise prohibited use. You may not use any of the services to damage, impair or disable any of vgZero’s servers or services. You may not gain unauthorised access to accounts, details, software on vgZero’s servers (or the servers themselves) by means of hacking, cracking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain information or data through a means not intentionally made available through the services.

Use of vgZero and its Services

vgZero’s services may contain any number of varying communicational features. Non-exhaustively: forums, live chats, user-submitted files, video, photo albums or any other service that would allow you to communicate with another person in any form. By using any of the communicational services you agree to only post, send and receive messages and other material that are appropriate and/or (if applicable) related to the particular communicational service. As an example, and not as an exhaustive list, you agree by using the communicational services, you will not:

Post or distribute any material that contains profane, obscene, unlawful or any other inappropriate content.
Harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise attack another user nor seek to cause hatred or arguments between other users.
Post or distribute any content that might be considered intellectual property or otherwise copyrighted material without the owner’s permission.
Remove or Acquire any content or service with the intention of infringing any copyright or other protective laws. Reverse-engineering, duplication or otherwise reconstruction (whether in a modified form or not) of services and/or content are also strictly prohibited under any circumstance without the prior permission of vgZero.
Advertise or promote products without prior consent from vgZero. Unsolicited advertisements are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination; we may also seek to legally cease your internet service. If you wish to place an advertisement on vgZero please email ads@vgZero.com.
Post or send irrelevant or meaningless information.
Question the decisions of a staff-member. The staff-members of vgZero are usually volunteers and inherently have no obligation to explain any actions they take. Harassing and arguing with a moderator may result in denial of access to specific areas of the site or even account termination. If you genuinely feel that a staff-member has been unjust or unreasonable, please contact one of the site administrators via the Private Messaging services.
Profess to be a member of staff when you are not. You may also not seek to perform the duties of a moderator (such as, but not limited to, informing a member that they are breaking a term of use). If you feel a user is abusing any of vgZero's services please inform an appropriate moderator or administrator privately.
Abuse services in an effort to gain popularity or a higher status. A non-exhaustive example of services that could be subject to abuse is the forum post counting system or the user reputation system.

vgZero is not obligated to monitor and overview everything submitted to the services and as such is not liable for anything another user might submit. vgZero also reserves the right to modify or remove any user-submitted content without warning or explanation.

Ownership of materials submitted to any of vgZero's Services

vgZero does not claim ownership to any of the materials you submit to any of it's services. As such you can maintain copyright or a license agreement on anything you submit, providing it is your own property.

A user is also directly liable for anything that user has done, vgZero ultimately has no say in what is submitted and what isn't, therefore we are not liable for anything said or done by our users.

External Links

vgZero does not allow unsolicited advertisement. Any external links provided should either generate discussion on this site or provide explanation for a subject. Advertisement of this type will result in immediate suspension of your account.

It is as the user's own digression that he/she clicks on an external link posted by another user. vgZero is not liable for any damages caused by malicious users. Unless specified by a staff member of vgZero, no external link is endorsed by vgZero.
