So, have there been no success stories in that last BBY shipment?
What a huge confusion with the Best Buy shipments, seems as though some have been recieving the Wiis as far back as Wednesday. Seems that the saying 'experience is something you get just after you really need it' is holding true.
Sorry, I couldn't check on the stores that you guys have recently PM'd me about, haven't really been able to access the internet here recently. I can still check them up on Sunday, however slim the chance that they won't have sold them yet.
At least fredisidle seems confident in walmart for tomorrow morning, so get out there mabye.

but walmart might have tomorrow? and if the ads has wii in it, it is most likely going to be out on sunday? if those are all correct then we can get back on track. fricken best buy just screwed us over with their "lets not wait till sunday and make quick cash cause i need a new pair of nikes." i made that up because i was getting depressed that i will not get a wii before '07. anyways thanks a lot, 2 days before new years and i hope to get a wii. i have to pray tonight, anyways be back in the morning!
Hopefully now that Saddam is gone, the Wii's will come quicker

Target seems to get them on a regular basis. I just keep missing it! Yesterday she had 21 but they went quick. I've been bidding some on Ebay but am not going to pay (including shipping) more than I would in a store.
I've heard a rumor that they can't keep up with the demand and it will [/size][/font]be spring before they will readily available. I hope it is not true.

Also if this helps (I doubt it) memorize your closest EB games/Gamestops phone number and call them in the morning and around 2pm they get shipment about 2pm so good luck.
^ Adding to my post.I called EB games and Gamestop they said there getting 9 wii in each,so check your local EB/gamestops to see how many they'll get in.If it was like last time there will be a line,people got there at 2am and it didnt open till 9am.So get your sleeping bags lol
Got Wii yesterday at EB Games.
I went to EB Games yesterday at 9:50 a.m.  The store opens at 10, and yesterday, being a friday, was the usual EB Games shipment day.  I waited in store with 2 other people for the Wii, and the UPS truck came at around 10:30, there were 3 Wiis, so we all got one.
From what I've seen so far, EB Games gets a shipment in every friday since the launch.  So if you still can't find one by Thursday next week, I encourage you to wait at an EB Games next Friday morning.  Besure to call on Thursday night and ask if they've gotten any in that week, if not, then there's a 90% that they will have some on Friday.

TRU told my Dad they got in 3 yesterday afternoon after he left around 2 p.m., and that nobody knew they had them so when he got their around 10 a.m. this morning they just sold the last one a few minutes before he got there.

although i will be in school which means that i wont be able to check stores because i get out at 3pm pst... man this sucks... thats why ive been rushing my parents to help me get one but my dad doesnt seem all happy going out with me going around stores -_- i dont want to force him so i get stuck at home waiting for news and trying to get a 100% positive news that i can get one either camping or checking... but it seems like all is lost and ill just wait till they either have it stocked regularly or luckily get one... thanks for helping this far >>
During my Wii checking today my local Target had no Wiis, but about 8 PS3s. They have had at least 1 PS3 the past few days that I have checked for a Wii. (This is at the Target on Lebanon Church Road in Pittsburgh).
Anyone have any luck in the Pittsburgh area? Specifically the south hills.

no wii and my parents decide not to go to my cousins house for new years which means a stupid boring new year... and i got to go back to school the next day after new years... im starting to lose hope in everything... this sucks >>

well i've suspected it for awhile, but one of the best buy associates confirmed it. apparently they've implemented (at best buy at least, or buy nintendo, who knows) a policy of random drop shipments, in order to prevent people from waiting outside. now thats no fun!
I have read the Bestbuy Ad and it said they were selling PS3s and there was no add for the Wii(not even the games), is there any chance that there would still be Wiis coming with the PS3?
I checked 3 targets, 1 walmart, best buy and circuit city this morning (All in Minneapolis MN and the surrounding metro area) and no wiis, but each store had at least 3 ps3s.
The General Manager at BB said no Wiis in the ad tomorrow, but they'll have 40 ps3s. So if you really want a ps3, I guess tomorrow is your day.
So there was no Wii in BB's papers today. does that mean that they will not have any tomorrow? I am confused by the fist post's 'confirmed for the 31st' statement.
